how to order

  • Simply browse the pages, select the design, colour and size of jumper or hat you wish to order.
  • Click on add to basket and you will be taken to your basket. Use drop down menu to choose shipping method and total order and postage will be calculated and shown. Either click on 'continue shopping' to go back to the website or 'checkout' to complete the transaction.
  • At checkout please complete all your details including your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone no. and delivery address (if different). Choose your method of payment - if paying by credit or debit card you will be taken to PayPal secure online order form.
  • When you have successfully placed your order you will be sent an e-mail with your order details included.
  • Delivery will be by return if in stock, otherwise please allow 30 days. You will be advised by e-mail if order has to be handknitted for you.
